DoveCote (Facebook | Website) will be hosting a collaborative four-course, five-wine dinner on Tuesday, June 27.

Tim Varan of Tim’s Wine Market (Website) will be curating the Florida-debut of French wines from the Craig Baker Selection.

Chef Clay Miller will be preparing the following dishes:

The wine reception with Varan begins at 6 p.m.
