The Your Pie (Facebook | Website) pizzeria, that we revealed in October, 2016 would be opening in the bottom floor of Skyhouse, will open for business on July 14.
The restaurant will specialize in hand-tossed, scratch-made pizza that is cooked in a brick oven. Customers will be able to create their own pizzas or go with House favorites, and get them in less than 10-minutes.
Guests can also purchase chopped salads, paninis, or gelato.
Your Pie has a beer and wine menu and is working on a partnership with local businesses like Ten 10 Brewing and Quantum Leap. Foxtail Coffee will be available for purchase as well.
Editor’s note: The owner insisted on installing a hand-washing sink where people can freshen up before even ordering their pizza.
Your Pie is located at 335 N. Magnolia Avenue [GMap], adjacent to Kevin Tyjeski Park, named after the former Chief City Planner for the City of Orlando, who passed in 2013.
