According to paperwork filed with the City of Orlando, a water-less car wash is looking to legalize their current set up shop at the Colonial Marketplace, just west of the Fashion Square mall [GMap].

Green Phantom Eco Wash (Website) uses some sort of “biodegradable washing product” and no hoses. They also claim to catch organic waste as it comes off the cars which is then “safely disposed of into plant life.”

They currently lease parking spaces from existing commercial real estate spaces and simply clean in the lot, without a designated building. Their pop-up operation uses a shade structure that anchors to the pavement and takes up approximately nine spaces.
