SHOTS Bar & Kitchen (Website), a new bar that serves more than 120 specialty shots,  is scheduled to open in downtown Orlando later this year.

SHOTS at 69 Pine Street should be open by “late August,” the bar’s owner Oscar Zapata told Bungalower.

The new bar will focus on specialty shots, including the “Cinnamon Toast Crunch” (Jim Beam Fire Bourbon Whiskey, Bols Yogurt liqueur, with a cinnamon rim), the “Dazed and Confused” (360 Glazed Vodka, Bols Yogurt liqueur) and the Red Eye (ByeJoe Dragon Fire, Peach Schnapps, Drops of sriracha, and a lime wedge).

There are layered shots, shots with gummy bears, shots with whipped cream and a shot called the “Campfire” made with a roasted marshmallow.

SHOTS will also serve craft beer, signature cocktails and “bar food in shareable portions,” such as sliders, hummus, chicken wings and shot cakes, which are alcohol-infused mini cupcakes, Zapata said.

SHOTS opened its first bar in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood in 2012.

Editor’s Note: This is the same building where both Joysticks Arcade Lounge and Mather’s Social Gathering  are located.
