Following a successful three years of pop-up business, Humble Bumble Kombucha (Instagram | Website) has officially opened their own storefront in Bob Swanson’s Ivanhoe Row [GMap].

Nestled between Paper Goat Post and the Hammered Lamb, store owner Brandon Stewart shared with Bungalower that he spotted the space on his regular commute. Stewart also commented that despite the smaller size it’s his dream location.

Humble Bumble Kombucha has been brewing since 2014, getting their start at local farmers markets. After outgrowing their former space at Market on South, the brewing experts opened up their own shop in Spring 2017.

After a recent storm, the shop suffered an electrical surge that damaged the kegerator starter. Nearly 70 gallons of kombucha were compromised because of the outage. Despite the setback and minor closure, they’re forging on.

The bar features four core flavors on draft; Citrus Lavender, Pineapple Cayenne, Strawberry Basil and Grapefruit Ginger. A few other experimental brews also revolve alongside these staple flavors.

Orders can be served in a 12 oz cup, 12 oz amber bottle or 32 oz growler to keep and reuse. Humble Bumble offers a 20 percent discount to patrons who reuse their bottles or growlers when returning to the store. First-timers or regulars who also bring their own beverage containers, can enjoy the same offer.

“It sounds strange but we finally feel
like we’re starting our business.”
– Brandon Stewart

Bottled Humble Bumble Kombucha can also be found in various locations around Orlando. Customers within a 20-mile radius can even enjoy hand delivered Humble Bumble Kombucha. Stewart said direct-to-resident delivery is a service he plans to expand in the coming months.
