The eastward expansion of the free Downtown bus circulator, LYMMO, is set to begin service on Friday, August 4.

The new 2.1 mile stretch will serve nine stops that include the Courthouse, FAMU College of Law, Creative Village, the Amway Center, and LYNX Central Station.

LYMMO Lime will operate with 10-minute service during peak hours and 15-minute service in off-peek hours, including evenings and weekends.

This $13 M investment was made possible with funds from the Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recover (TIGER) program, and expected to move roughly 1,500 passengers every day.

An event will be held at 10 a.m. August 4 at the LYMMO Lime shelter on the northwest corner of North Terry Avenue and West Livingingston Street [GMap].
