The new Marriott Hotel project located on the rebranded Sheraton Hotel corner in Downtown Orlando has just filed to replat the southern portion of the property for a proposed parking garage.
The new full-service hotel would use the new three-story garage for their valet service. This replat is soncistent with the master Plan and is marked for approval at the September 24 City Council meeting, subject to review by City staff and the Mayor.
