Dunedin-based retail shop, LaFayette and Rushford (Website), have opened a new location in Baldwin Park, at 4876 New Broad Street [GMap].
The new store is run by a mother and daughter team and focuses on seasonal retail offerings. We took some photos of their current Halloween selection, which you can see below.
The shop also has a children’s area in the front and a floral arranging space in the back, complete with a floral wallpaper that’s perfect for Instagramming.
The grand opening of the store will be on Saturday, September 23 from noon until 6 p.m. and will feature donuts from Orlandodough and cheese from La Femme du Fromage.

  1. Nice looking store. If local retail can thrive in BP, there may be hope for downtown (I wonder what sort of incentives may have been involved.) Nevertheless, more of the local shops downtown seem to be sticking lately, so perhaps the drought is over at long last for unique shops in the neighborhoods. Here’s hoping!
