Milk District bar, Spacebar, has officially closed, after limping through the last three months as a retail shop. Yet a new concept called Phas3 has already opened in its place

The new retail shop is a collaborative space with five separate local brands; Legacy Vintage (Facebook), Simply Clean, Please Evolve, Dead Beat Books (Facebook), and Framework Coffee (Facebook). The new retail shop/bar/coffee shop will have limited hours until their grand opening on the weekend of October 12 (Facebook).

The two-day opening event will feature a pop-up with two different touring brands; Royally Fly and Have Sole Clothing (Facebook).

Soft opening hours for Phas3 are 6 p.m.-midnight on Tuesdays, noon-6 p.m. Thursdays, and noon-midnight Fridays and Saturdays. Following the Grand Opening they will be open noon-midnight Tuesdays through Saturday.
