The plan is scheduled to go before the City’s Municipal Planning Board on Tuesday, October 17 at 8:30 a.m. in the City Council Chambers, on the second floor of City Hall. Local organizers are asking concerned residents, business owners, and community members to attend the meeting and have created a Facebook Event page which is available HERE.
