The Orange County Public Library has filed paperwork in the hopes of installing a new metal fencing system and to upgrade the landscape around their downtown campus.

The project involves plans for six-foot custom fencing and ornamental gates and stairways at various points around the property.

The proposal for these improvements will go before the Appearance Review Board.
