Chicken pesto tortellini

Fitlife Foods (Website) is a new prepared-food chain that started in Tampa but has since grown to have more than 10 locations, including one on Sand Lake Road and another on Orlando Avenue in Winter Park.

Fitlife specializes in healthy prepared emails that you can order online and pickup in-person at their stores. Users also have a new delivery option they can take advantage of as well.

We tried it out for ourselves and ordered 10 different meals that we could heat up at home.

They arrived in a large insulated cooler bag on our porch which kept them at a low temperature until we got home and threw them in the fridge. Deliveries are made between 1-5 p.m. on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesdays.

You can keep the bag or leave it out with the reusable ice packs if you make another order and they will swap them out for you.

Each meal is in its own separate to-go container along with a label that lists each meal’s nutritional information. They currently have over 60 items to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the sizes can come in small, medium, or large.

Prep instructions are also listed on each label. They are designed to be microwaved, but stove-top and oven are also doable.

It cost roughly $120 for ten meals, which averages at about $12 per meal. Scroll down to see some more examples of what we ordered.
