The new taco concept that moved into the former Mills Park Segafredo space is now in soft opening [GMap].

Four Rebels American Taco Kitchen (Facebook) management told Bungalower that they will be opening for brief windows of time most evenings this week to test their new menu and give their staff some practice before a larger official opening in mid November.

The two-story taco restaurant focuses on American-inspired taco flavor profiles including  Kentucky-fried chicken and cheesesteak tacos. Check out the menu below to see the whole cornucopia of Americuh-ness.

The interior sports hand-painted murals by Chris “Tobar” Rodriguez, the former Creative Director of Orlando Weekly and a number of interesting design choices, like a bar-top made with overlaid tobacco leaves – a nod to cigars – make for a number of ways to avoid eye contact with your date while eating.

Follow the Four Rebels Facebook page for updated hours and availability during this soft opening phase.

Editor’s Note: Management told us that it’s safe to park on the dirt lot behind Brass Tap, re-TOWING at Mills Park.
