Ron Raike, brewmaster for Playalinda Brewing Company (Website) is partnering with Chef Clay Miller at DoveCote to host a post-Thanksgiving Day feast on Tuesday, November 28.
The dinner will feature a curated list of craft beers from Playalinda Brewing, paired with a four-course menu:
- Turkey, cranberry, giblet terrine paired with “Over the Rainbow” saison
- Sweet potato soup paired with “Robonaut” red ale
- “Everything Sandwich” paired with “Pleasure Chest” IPA
- Pumpkin pie ice cream and marshmallow fluff paired with a “Whiskey Sour” stout
The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a beer cocktail reception with dinner beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets are $45 a person. Call 407-930-1700 to reserve a seat.
