DoveCote and Playalinda to host Thanksgiving Leftovers Dinner


Ron Raike, brewmaster for Playalinda Brewing Company (Website) is partnering with Chef Clay Miller at DoveCote to host a post-Thanksgiving Day feast on Tuesday, November 28.

The dinner will feature a curated list of craft beers from Playalinda Brewing, paired with a four-course menu:

  1. Turkey, cranberry, giblet terrine paired with “Over the Rainbow” saison
  2. Sweet potato soup paired with “Robonaut” red ale
  3. “Everything Sandwich” paired with “Pleasure Chest” IPA
  4. Pumpkin pie ice cream and marshmallow fluff paired with a “Whiskey Sour” stout

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a beer cocktail reception with dinner beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets are $45 a person. Call 407-930-1700 to reserve a seat.
