As the popularity of Orlando’s downtown bungalow neighborhoods rise, so too do their rents. In an effort to keep our Creative Class of Orlandoans living within the City limits, we’ve launched an ongoing series of posts that gather up rental properties under $1,500 a month.

We do not endorse any one of the listed properties. This is simply a roundup of what is currently available in Orlando’s Downtown bungalow neighborhoods.
