Chef Pete Morales, formerly of F&D Kitchen and Bar in Lake Mary, has announced an impending partnership with Croissant Gourmet‘s owner, Francois Cahagne.

The College Park eatery will be transforming into Tartine Wine Bar and Eaterie by the end of December/early January. The cafe will abandon the previous counter service vibe in favor of table service and an expanded wine selection.

Other minor changes include more murals and artwork, coffee by Julius Meinl, and French-made beers.

Tartine will have expanded hours but they have yet to be set.

  1. Not wanting pimples (!) I’m opting in here to add- that Bungalower is supreme- that is correct, the word is SUPREME. I’ve lived and worked Downtown since 1989- went through the first years of another Downtown targeted “news source” that was a business advertising place for me BUT since that time I’ve wanted, hmm, maybe even needed a new creative interesting SUPREME source of “news” in the Downtown and surrounding areas. You’re IT! The Supreme being- thank you for your wonderful BUNGALOWER! Amen
