There has been plenty of activity on the Rollins College-owned lot at 501 Holt Avenue [GMap] located just south of the tracks from Fiddler’s Green. The old live oak that formerly dominated the property has been removed and a demo permit filed for the neighboring residential building at 483 Holt Avenue [GMap].
The Marketing and Communications Office at Rollins College forwarded us the attached renderings for a new operations building that is currently being prepped for that site.
The new building will include administrative offices and shop operations, and is expected to be complete by May 2018.
