New addition Garp and Fuss (Facebook) is in soft opening starting Tuesday, January 30 in the former home of Bistro on Park Avenue in Winter Park, at 348 N. Park Avenue [GMap].

The focus of the new restaurant is American-Fusion with dishes like fried chicken sitting next to pork banh mis and Cubanos. Other highlights include salads, wings, flatbreads, and entrees like espresso-rubbed hanger steak, Kung Pao salmon, butternut squash ravioli, and schnitzel.

Garp and Fuss owners, Nikki Nielsen and Liz Zucco, told Bungalower that they will be unveiling a more robust menu following their grand opening in early February.

Side Note: The name is a nod to Zucco’s sisters who were nicknamed Garp and Fuss.
