Bungalower, in partnership with local filmmaker Jordan Eichenblatt, has launched our new series of videos looking at the local food truck scene called Orlando Food Truck Guide.

The new series of shorts takes our various hosts into the kitchens of some of the most popular food trucks in the region. Learn about the top-notch chefs behind the wheels of these awesome mobile restaurants and hear all about the secret in their sauce with behind-the-scenes looks at their kitchens.

This episode is all about the fish-slinging co-owner of Da Kine Poke Bowls (Facebook | Website), a Hawaiian-inspired concept from local genius, Pete Downing. Da Kine Poke was born from the love for fresh Hawaiian poke, shared by co-owners Pete Downing and Aaron Smith.

Da Line uses fresh fish and ingredients in their bowls, sourced from local producers and fishermen. Da Kine can also be found in the Market on Magnolia in Downtown Orlando – more on that awesome concept HERE.

Follow Da Kine on social media to see where they’ll be parked next. They’re also available to cater private parties and events.

If you or your business would like to sponsor one or more of the videos in this series or have your truck featured, reach out to us at [email protected] for more information.
