We told you about Caro-Bama BBQ food truck (Website) moving into the North Quarter Market (Website) last November and now they’re almost ready to open.

The popular food truck will be opening their new sandwich window in the cafe/market on Friday, February 2 with a limited menu of four choice sandwiches; the Caro-Bama pulled pork with ‘Bama white sauce and Carolina vinegar sauce; Boss Hog pulled pork with sweet “home sauce” and mama’s slaw; Free Bird chopped chicken with ‘Bama white sauce, chopped onions, and jalapenos; and the Palmetto pulled pork with Carolina mustard sauce, mama’s slaw, and chopped banana peppers. See below for prices.

The food truck will remain in operation and still be available at food truck gatherings and private events.

North Quarter Market is a coffee shop/neighborhood market run by the folks at Downtown Credo and located at 855 N. Orange Avenue in the NORA apartment building [Gmap].
