Permits filed to build new retail on vacant Mills 50 site



Plans were recently filed with the City for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a retail strip at 1010-1022 E. Colonial Drive [GMap] in Mills 50, directly across Colonial from Lazy Moon Pizza.

The plans, filed by Dominic Sandori of Gyno 1 Contractors on behalf of the property owners, call for the development of a one-story, 10,648 SF retail building that would house six new shops, and a space with a drive-thru.

Names of future tenants have not been released yet.

The following plans are still under review and have not been approved by the City. It is scheduled for a public hearing at the Municipal Planning Board on April 17, 2018 at City Hall.
