The freestanding 1,650 SF retail building is located at 1184 Alden Road [GMap] and is one of the last remaining vacant buildings in Ivanhoe Village. It was originally built in 1947 and most recently housed Salon Sanfilippo (Facebook).
It is located just up the street from both of the upcoming The Yard at Ivanhoe Village and The Yard Crossman developments and has access to parking at the Lake Highland Prep lot.
The space is leasing for $35/SF/year.
