The City of Orlando has awarded a Professional Engineering Services contract to HDR Engineering, Inc., to update the City of Orlando Bicycle Plan.
Two firms responded to a Request for Qualifications Statements for Professional Engineering Services in December, 2017; Toole Design Group, LLC. and HDR Engineering, Inc. The two competing firms presented to an Advisory Committee in March, 2018.
The contract was rewarded to HDR Engineering, Inc.
