Hybrid bar/furniture shop The Imperial at Washburn Imports (Website) will be opening a new location off-Park Avenue, according to a report by the Orlando Sentinel.
John Washburn will be opening his third hybrid space at 170 Morse Boulevard [GMap], just around the corner from Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine.
The new 1,700 SF shop will be just like the others locations in Sanford and Ivanhoe Village, specializing in the sale of imported furniture during the day and drinks at night.
The new bar is expected to open this summer.
