The owners of Oblivion Taproom in East Orlando have announced that they will be closing their bar/restaurant on May 26.
Oblivion, located at 5101 E. Colonial Drive [GMap], first opened in 2011 but closed briefly in 2016, only to be sold to long-time patron Shawn Paris.
Paris told Orlando Sentinel in a recent interview that the closure had nothing to do with business but nothing further has been said about the reasons behind the closing. We’ve reached out to Paris for more details but had not heard back by the time of this post.
