Have a beer with our butchers as they break down a whole hog and explain the techniques used to produce the cuts you know and the ones you don’t. Learn about our pork, how it’s raised, and the preferred cooking method for different cuts as you observe the craft of butchery up close. Light snacks from our kitchen will be provided and guests will go home with 1-2 lbs. of pork from the demo.

Each walk is beneficial for people of all ages to de-stress, focus, and develop a deeper understanding of how we fit into the ecosystem of our environment. Free, and open to the public. We¹ll examine Florida’s past through the prism of the movies, exploring classic and recent films that feature life in our state or were filmed in Florida.
