Hog Butchery Demo

Have a beer with our butchers as they break down a whole hog and explain the techniques used to produce the cuts you know and the ones you don’t. Learn about our pork, how it’s raised, and the preferred cooking method for different cuts as you observe the craft of butchery up close.
