A local company under the name of SideWard Brewing Co. (Facebook) has signed the lease for the rear of the recently renovated warehouse at 210 Bumby Avenue in the Milk District.
The 3,900 SF warehouse was recently renovated by Giovanni Fernandez of National Real Estate (Website). It will house a new brewery/restaurant space according to Fernandez but plans are still being created for the new concept.
An Italian Deli is expected to open in the front of the building this June, which is when construction is expected to begin on the brewery hybrid space in the back.
