The Sanctum (Website) will be opening a second restaurant in the former La Merce Restaurant and Market/Daya space at 155 E. Morse Boulevard, Winter Park [GMap].
Proper and Wild (Instagram) will be a “chef-driven, health-forward, plant-centric concept,” according to their social accounts, and Bungalower has been told to expect a coffee bar and small plates, with a different menu but with a “familiar vibe.” Brunch options should also be available on Saturdays and Sundays.
They will also have a wine bar and craft beer options with superfood, low-ABV cocktails; that means low-alcohol.
Sanctum fans can expect this new concept to open sometime this fall.
The Sanctum opened in January 2016 and expanded into the former Firefly Yoga space less than a year later, and is located at the intersection of Fern Creek and Colonial Drive [GMap].
