Orange County Brewers (Website) has just announced that they are on board to open a new 12,000 SF contract brewing facility near the under-development Creative Village.
Brew Theory will house a large brewing facility to make product for other breweries, a full-service lab, homebrew shop, and a taproom. Other features of the space will include a podcast room, office spaces, and a sandwich shop.
Orange County Brewers is expecting to open the new concept in the same building as Real Thread at 400 Pittman Street [GMap] this September. The owners are currently in talks with potential artists to install a large mural on the eastern side of the building.
In other expansion news, OCB is also opening a 1,200 SF tasting room in the Orlando International Airport’s new South Terminal in 2021 and a Lake Mary location this October.
