The City of Orlando is awarding 18 grants to local projects and organizations, totaling $95,000, as part of the Mayor’s Matching Grant program,

Schools and 501(c)3 non-profit organizations are awarded grants of up to $10,000* to offer programs that engage youth in constructive activities during non-school hours. All grants must be matched dollar-for-dollar by each applicant organization.

The grants are bi-annual, this being the second cycle of this most recent fiscal year.

This year’s grants were awarded to the following:

*  Neighborhood Associations can only receive up to $5,000 for physical improvements, sustainability, or educational projects.
