The Highmark Apartment building is a newly renovated, 12-unit building located at 847 Highland Avenue [GMap] in the historic Park Lake/Highland neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk to popular restaurants in neighborhoods like the North Quarter, Ivanhoe Village, and the Mills 50 District.

Each unit was carefully restored and renovated into state-of-the-art residences that are still full of original design elements that showcase quality detailing and craftsmanship. All of the kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances have been updated and the apartments now include new washers and gas dryers, natural gas ranges, and granite countertops alongside original refinished oak floors, custom soft-close cabinetry, and open brick accents.

The energy-efficient windows are large and add plenty of natural light to the open concept living spaces. Apartment sizes range from 550-750 SF one to two-bedroom units and cats and small dogs are permitted.

Parking is off-street, and all tenants receive dedicated spaces as well as their own outside storage locker. The Highmark Apartments are tucked across the street from Lake Highland Preparatory School and the Orlando Urban Trail, which is soon to connect to Downtown Orlando via under construction Colonial Pedestrian Bridge.

Prices range from $1,300-1,700 a month and the first month of rent is free to new tenants. Applicants will be required to submit a background check and a credit report.
