The Urban Think Foundation (Website) is the parent organization for local literacy program Page 15 (Website) and indie-publisher, Burrow Press (Website). They provide community-based programs for Orlando’s literary scene like youth writing camps, tutoring programs, publishing services, and various public reading series.

The Foundation is looking for a new full-time, salaried employee to fill the role of Philanthropy, Operations and Engagement Manager for their growing team. They currently have three full-time and two part-time employees, as well as multiple employees and a bank of over 300 trained volunteers.

This position will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of initiatives, including fundraising, marketing, and operations of the various programs.

The applicant must be organized, effective, and accountable, and think and work strategically to accomplish their goals.

Compensation ranges from $40-50,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
