Fall Book Sale
the annual Fall Book Sale on the third floor of the Orlando Public Library features a great selection of already discounted fiction and non-fiction, recorded books, DVDs, CDs and more will be available for half price. A private preview sale for members of the Friends of the Library will be held Thursday, September 14 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Beaux Bungalow – Opening party in Ivanhoe Village

Create, or Die. Orlando Print pARTy
CREATE, or DIE. is a tri-city traveling print party showcasing art projects that enabled a path of expressive mental and social healing for the creator under moments of life where there was nothing to lose but to create. Ticket buyers and at the door participants will get the opportunity to join this process by live printing your own poster (designed by the organizers!) and a COMPLIMENTARY DRINK voucher.

Tom & Dan Charity Foot Golf Tournament 2018
For those participating, check-in is at 7 am and tee off is 8. Any spectators can come by around 8 am! 🙂 Spectators are allowed to bring a lawn chair to watch the tournament!
City of Orlando Hosts Free “Don’t Pitch It, Fix It” Event, Repairing Household Items
The City of Orlando is hosting “Don’t Pitch It, Fix It,” a free community event providing free or low-cost minor repair services to common household items. At the event, local businesses and volunteers will offer residents repairs on items including electronics, bicycles, small appliances, jewelry, and clothing. By repairing old or damaged items, Orlando residents can save money, while also adding to the city’s sustainability efforts.
