A 300-unit mixed-use high rise tower is being proposed for the southeastern corner of Orange Avenue and Livingston Street at 30 E. Livingston Street [GMap].

The new apartment tower concept is currently being called “Zoi House Orlando” and will feature units that range from studio to three-bedroom and 10,000+ SF of ground-level retail and 130,000+ SF of office space.

Project paperwork filed with the City also calls for an integrated parking garage to service all three of the uses above with a target of 697 spaces.

This development is in the very early stages with the City and is likely to change as it is reviewed by City staff.

Zoi House is a project led by MEC Development Associates out of South Florida who happen to be working on another Zoi House project in Miami.
