Rendering via the City of Orlando

We told you HERE in July 2018 that a new banh mi restaurant would be opening in the Mills 50 district. A more concrete design was recently submitted to the City and awarded funding via the Small Business facade, Site Improvement, and Adaptive Reuse Program.

The total updated eligible project costs for the new Paris Banh Mi restaurant is $77,200, and the recommended approval amount for approval is $50,000.

Asian Florida Investments, the company behind the business, had recently been awarded funding through the same program but have since upped the cost of their build-out.

The new restaurant will be opening in the former home of The Phantom Bar and Lounge, located at 1021 E. Colonial Drive [GMap].
