The former home of the Philly Connection in Downtown Orlando will soon house a new ramen bar by an ex-Disney chef.
Chef Shuichi Tanida has spent years as the chef at Mitsukoshi in Disney’s Japan Pavilion in Epcot but will soon be launching a new concept called The Ramen in the bottom floor of the Crescent Central Station at 480 N. Orange Avenue [GMap].
The Japan-born Chef Tanida will reportedly be serving a menu of noodles, bento, and rice bowls.
The Ramen is expected to open by the end of the year.
