U ROLL Sushi is opening a new downtown location at 100 E. Pine Street [GMap].
The concept for the restaurant is customizable sushi rolls that the customer can create, alongside classic staples. Guests pick a protein like tuna or shrimp, followed by two fillings (or more for an added fee), followed by toppings and sauces. Click HERE for a menu.
