Greg Peters, of Graffiti Junktion fame, and a group of investors, will be opening a new concept in the former Beer and Tobacco Outlet, located at 201 N. Bumby Avenue [GMap] in the Milk District.

Demolition of the interior of the market building has already begun, in order to make way for the new concept, which is named The Milkhouse. When finished, it will feature a patio and a bar.

The Milkhouse will have a full liquor bar and serve food like pizza, salads, and sandwiches.

This is the same group of investors that purchased Whiskey Lou’s next door, which we wrote about HERE.

MX Taco opened in the same plaza last week.
