According to Va Propst and Trina Gregory Propst, co-owners of Se7enbites Bake Shop in the Milk District, they have come to an agreement with the owner of the former Stir Restaurant building at 1407 N Orange Avenue [GMap] for their upcoming Italian concept, Sette.

Propst told Bungalower that she has an ambitious opening timeline of 60 days, following some basic branding and layout touchups to match the ambiance they have in mind for their new concept.
