A new four-story, 15-unit multi-family residential project is being lined up for the corner of Magnolia and Marks at 845 N. Magnolia Avenue [GMap].

Currently referred to as M15, the project is intended to be a for rent apartment development but could change to for sale condos, according to paperwork filed with the City.

Plans call for a masonry wall and gate to screen and secure resident parking, with public access located on Marks Street. These designs are early and still being refined by the project developers and the City of Orlando.

This project is expected to go before the Appearance Review Board on January 17.
