  1. Remember when it was a boarded up hostel? Unless you can tear it down and build high rise condos it hardly seems worth $3.5M but South Eola has no historic designation so maybe that’s possible?

  2. I absolutely love EO Inn, having stayed there many times.
    It would be a dream come true to own that place! While that isn’t possible for me, I wish whomever purchase it all the best and hope they will keep it as an inn.
