Le Ky Patisserie (Instagram) is the latest hot spot to open in the Hourglass District on Curry Ford.
The new pastry shop opened in a portion of the soon-to-come Hourglass Social House in late March and specializes in handmade pastries, banh mi sandwiches, and more.
Owner Uyen Tran trained for 5 years at Walt Disney World, with stints all over the parks as she assembled the skills she needed to open her own business.
Le Ky, pronounced “luh key,” is named eponymously after Tran’s mother, is open 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and is located at 2401 Curry Ford Road [GMap].
The second half of the Hourglass Social House is expected to open April 27.
