The City of Orlando recently reopened their Permitting Service Office in the bottom floor of City Hall following some extensive renovations and the space is completely unrecognizable.

The new space features sleek and modern customer-focused design to give the impression of an efficient and more intentional environment for visitors.

Updates include new service-based enhancements to emphasize a newly redesigned website and permitting process, more adaptable work spaces, a dedicated permitting intake team, a selfie wall, and a snack/coffee counter at the rear of the space.

Yes, the snacks and coffee are free.

We even caught Mayor Buddy taking a short cut out the back door.
