The University Club of Orlando (Website) has announced that they will open their new clubhouse on May 9 in newly completed mixed-use tower, Modera Central by Mill Creek (Website) at 125 E. Pine Street [GMap] in Downtown Orlando.

Both entities will host a by-invitation-only grand opening celebration on that same day.

The new Modera Central is a 22-story, 350-apartment tower that was built on the site where the original University Club had made its home since 1960.

Side Note: Check out the pool Modera has.

The new clubhouse is much different the original and measures in at 33,000 SF, spanning across four separate floors, and features a full-service dining room and bar, kitchen, flexible meeting space, basketball, racquetball and squash courts, a groundfloor fitness facility, and access to fitness coaching, masseuses, and spa treatments.

Kristine Vorpagel took us on a tour of the space late last week, which we teased on our Instagram page for our followers. Here are some tours of the locker rooms and spa areas.

Membership at the club includes access to private event spaces, early morning business breakfast and happy hour drink service, three-point basketball court, racquetball courts, gym access with in-house personal trainer, access to saunas and spa, patio terrace dining, private social events, on-site laundry service, and two floors of complimentary preferred parking in the Modera building.

Both Modera and University Club are now accepting applications for membership and apartment leasing. For more information about the University Club of Orlando, including pricing, contact Kristine Vorpagel,[email protected].
