Super Rico Colombian Bistro (Facebook | Website), the small Harry Potter-like restaurant located in the ground floor of the Central Parking Garage at
57 W. Central Boulevard [GMap] closed briefly last month to build out into their recently vacated neighbor’s space at Tap and Grind.
They’re almost ready to reopen.
According to a Rico’s spokesperson, the restaurant (referred to affectionately as Super Rico 2.0) will have a whole new look and feel, including color scheme, hours, and a new logo.
Guests will be able to enjoy the food they’ve come to love, beer, wine, coffee, and live sports games. They will also be open for brunch service.
If they pass their inspections, Super Rico is expected to open by the end of next week.
