Contracting firm Barton Malow Company has relocated its Florida office to a newly renovated warehouse space in the Milk District.

The move will relocate 252 employees from an 8,000 SF space in Millenia Lakes to the newly rebuilt 14,000 SF warehouse located in the former Barnie’s Cofee and Tea headquarters at 340 N. Primrose Drive [GMap], just across the street from the under-construction Colonial Lanes.

The adaptive reuse project was designed by dap design group which is based in Ivanhoe Village; the same group behind the recent Whippoorwill design. The original building was a super-boring 240-foot building that you probably drove by a few thousand times without noticing.
