The Caro-Bama BBQ food truck (Website) team will be moving on from their brick-and-mortar concept in the North Quarter to concentrate on their food truck business, according to a recent post on their social media accounts.

Caro-Bama opened in the North Quarter Market back on February 2, 2018, with a small food stall version of their popular food truck. Brandon Gantt, the owner, has announced that the last day of business for their food stall will be Friday, May 24.

Gantt has said that the decision is being made so he and his wife can spend more time with their family. They will continue to run their truck and their catering business.

North Quarter Market will still continue to house Credo Coffee and a satellite location of Wondermade, the Sanford-based craft marshmallow company.
