RENDERING VIA CITY OF WINTER PARK

A two-story, 6,000 SF commercial building that was built by the Early Rising Masonic Lodge #16 in the 1920s will be getting a major update in the coming year, and was recently approved by the City of Winter Park.

The second floor of the building, which is located at 341 N. Pennsylvania Avenue [GMap], has been used for lodge meetings for the local Masonic Lodge members since it was built but the first floor most recently held a convenience store, which has since closed.

Z Properties (Website) has purchased the lease of the first floor and has intentions to renovate that space to be used as an office, as well as exterior facade improvements on the whole building.

Those improvements include the addition of five new parking spots at the rear of the building with a privacy fence and a landscape buffer to separate it from nearby residences.

A project timeline has not been released.
