The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra (Facebook Website) has announced the appointment of a new interim executive director.

David Hyslop takes the reigns with 54 years in arts management behind him, including 32 years spent with three symphony orchestras; Minnesota Orchestra, St. Louis Symphony, and Oregon Symphony.

A search committee is currently on the hunt for a new full-time Executive Director.

Christopher Barton, who was hired by the Orchestra in August 2016, announced his resignation in March of this year.
