A new townhome project called Venue SODO Orlando (Website) will be coming to the SODO District, just south of the Central Business District.
The development will feature 17 townhome units measuring in at roughly 2,100 SF, each priced above $400,000.
The three-story Venue townhomes will be modeled in the style of a northeastern Brownstone and feature a two-car, rear entry garage and private walled-in garden patio.
The Venue SODO Orlando townhomes will be located at 28 W. Jersey Street [GMap]. The site currently hosts a warehouse that was the home of All Star Marine Specialists but it will be razed in the near future.
